Randolph Coleman

Randolph Coleman died on June 14, 2005, in San Antonio, TX. He was the first born to Mary Johns and Randolph Coleman. As a child, he was very active in every sport. He attended Shriner Institute in Kerrville, Texas.

He volunteered for military service in World War II as a member of the 517th Parachute Regimental Combat Team.

Upon a safe return, he enrolled in Cumberland Law School in Tennessee. He worked in the oil and gas industry all his adult life.

He was an avid bow hunter and was known by bow hunters far and wide. He loved all sports, especially tennis and sailing. He will be remembered for his love, his many friendships, and most of all his honor.

He is survived by his wife, Betty; sons, Michael Coleman, Kerrville, and Randy Coleman and his wife Dana, Bozeman, Montana, and Jason Coleman and his wife Margot, Charlottesville, Virginia, and daughter, Courtney Coleman Cody, San Antonio; his sisters and brothers-in-law DeDe and Mac Works of San Antonio, and Beverly and George McCall, Austin, and brother, Dabney Coleman, Los Angeles; grandchildren Jonathan, Erin, Abra, Colin, and Jessica Coleman; Amber and Cody Coleman; Kate and Jon Coleman; and Marlo and Coleman Cody; and great-grandchildren Maddie and Sarah Linnartz and Huston Kerlick, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
