He was a proud US Army veteran who served his country during the Vietnam War. Randy was an independent contractor exhibiting his workmanship and creativity for each client he worked with.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Jodi Morrison; brother, Butch Phillips; and his parents, Delbert and Emma Jean Phillips. Randy is survived by his devoted wife of 30 years, Kathy Phillips; sons: Jason Tolleson and Jeremy Tarver (Carrie); grandsons: Trai Tolleson and Kyle Morrison.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 10th beginning at 6:00 PM at Porter Loring on McCullough.
