  By far one of my favorite individuals of all-time. May we see each other again my brother.

Eric and I dated in high school and we have kept in contact ever since. Eric was one of a kind and very special to me. It would never fail to receive a random text that would always put a smile on my face. 

I would always ask him for his thoughts on a new restaurant or where to go eat. He was a foodie I could trust, but more, a friend I could always trust. 

I know whomever got the chance to be friends with him, Eric made a lasting impression. 

Eric, you are very missed. I will always hold you close to my heart. Rest In Peace. ♥️

I had a few classes at Madison with Eric and I remember him as a happy nice guy. Wish I would have gotten to know him better. My prayers are with his family during this time and I hope they find comfort in knowing he is resting easy now. 

There are so many memories I can't choose just one. E brought laughs, insight, and love to so many. Over the years and travels we all have had separation, but I will always cherish the great times we spent together. Rest easy my friend... 🍻

God, where do I start. Eric was always the life of the party, he had a huge heart and was a great friend to many. There are too many memories to choose just one so I won’t even start. RIP my friend, you are greatly missed and we’ll have a bottle of Crown when we meet again. Love ya bud  🍻 

A brother for life that I’ll never forget. We grew apart over the years as our lives changed paths, but we still kept in contact and enjoyed a laugh from time to time.   Till we chill again brother 🙏🏼

So many laughs with Eric, our ‘girls’ day at central market and a lunch somewhere nice, then We would like double tip the server because we had both been industry for so long...it had been Years since I’ve seen him but I can still hear his voice

You are and will for ever be one of my best friends. You were there for me in a crucial part of my life and i will for ever be greatful for that.  The memories i have of our friendship are how we shared the love of food.  I'll never for get when u would stop by to support me in my foodtruck and all the help you did for me when i was starting.  Our fancy Dinners at your house where I cooked and you paired the wine.  The Saturday afternoons at the wine store laughing , trying wines and eating from the food trucks. I know your with your mom smiling down on all you love. You'll never be for gotten. May you  rest in paradise my brother. 

On the passing of Eric Ybarbo
    I was so shocked at the passing of my dear friend and former employee; He was a very special individual, and touched so many people. It is my sincere hope that he is resting in peace. I will miss him.

Even though we were not fit to be a together. E was like, no one I had ever met. Talented and extremely particular on how he felt. I'll always smile at the thoughts of our food snobbery, Monday night jazz and wine-studies. He had such a big heart and this sadden me. Ups downs and all arounds. The time was appreciated. Rest now my friend with your beautiful Mother and and sweet Sherlock. 😭🍴
