Rebecca Molina Lawrence

Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Rebecca Molina Lawrence passed away in San Antonio, Texas on Monday, July 16, 2012 at the age of 94. She was born on May 5, 1918 in Kingsville, Texas to hard-working parents, Agapito and Rebecca Vela. The oldest of eleven children, she accepted responsibilities at an early age.

In 1936, she married Harry Douglas Lawrence, who passed away in 1968. They had three children and today, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Rebecca will be remembered as a warm-hearted lady, a loving wife, caring mother and grandmother; and a thoughtful sister.

Our mother loved life, was an exceptional lady who touched the lives of everyone she met. She was giving and kind and would lend a hand to a anyone in need. She will be deeply missed. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 19th from 5:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. at Porter Loring on McCullough.
