Richard Garcia, born on October 28, 1957, peacefully, went to be with his Lord and Savior, on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at the age of 62. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his twin brother. He is survived by his wife, Annie Garcia, daughters, Roxanne Martinez (Roland), Debbie Villarreal (Brandon), son, Louie Sanchez (Tyler), grandchildren, Roland Martinez, Jr. (Laura), Ryan Martinez (Abigail), Anakin Castaneda, and Luke Lozano, and great grandchild, Raiden Martinez, and numerous nieces and nephews.
