Robert C. Moore, age 89, of San Antonio, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 1, 2019. He was born March 25, 1929 in Norfolk, Virginia to Robert C. and Lula Cowan Moore. Robert faithfully served his country in the Foreign Service. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Hildegard K. Moore; his parents; brothers, Woodrow, Richard, Edward and George; sisters, Virginia and Martha. Robert is survived by his sister, Mary Mayo of San Diego, CA and nieces and nephews, Steven, Lewis, Robbie, Tina, Valerie, Catherine, William, Rebecca (Bob's God Child), Debbie, Terri, Craig, Gary, Mary Sue, Lori, Patty, Danny, David, Eric, Ricky, J.R., Sharon. Rosary will be held Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 7:00 PM at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church, 1602 Thousand Oaks. Mass will be Friday, January 11, 2019 at 10:00 AM at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum.
