He was preceded in death by his wife, Tedra A. Douglass.
Col. Douglass is survived by his sons, Craig S. Douglass and wife Susan of Dallas, Jeffrey M. Douglass and wife Leslie of Dallas, Timothy R. Douglass and wife Betty of San Antonio, and four grandchildren.
