Robert L Sheff

He has two sons: Dale Sheff and wife Vikki, grandchildren Reilly, Emma, and Preston. He is preceded in death by his other son, Carl Sheff. Carl has several sons, Wade, Wyatt, and Brett. Brett and his wife Kristi have three girls: Presley, Molly, and Dottie.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Jeanette Schul Sheff, her sons, their children and grandchildren, his brother John Sheff of Oaks, PA., numerous nieces and nephews.

Robert joined the Air Force at a young age and served in the medical field for 21 years and 3 months. Most of his time was at Wilford Hall, with several years in Greenland, and a number of years in Hawaii (which he regarded as his hardship tour). He became a postman for 20 years before retiring again. Always enjoying conversation with others, Robert was very good at his job. He will be missed.

Robert enjoyed hunting bear in Pennsylvania, with his brother John, somehow they came home with pictures of bear tracks in the snow, but no bear. Mostly, I think they stayed in the cabin with their friends, telling tales and went to the weigh station to see who had bagged the largest one. They always had a good time.
