Our dear Uncle Bob was like a childhood brother to me. I have many wonderful memories of experiences we shared when we both lived with our family in Eagle Pass and Del Rio, TX. He was an inspiration to me who made it possible for me to get a start in getting a college education. I always admired his imagination and technical/mechanical skills which made it possible for him to create/invent machines which will serve mankind for generations to come. These are some of the loving memories I have of him which I share with my wife, Marcia, and my children, Leah and her husband Neal, and their children, my daughter, Denise, and my son, William J.(Memo II) and his wife, Kim. 
 Not only we but the world will miss him now that he has gone to heaven. 
 We send our loving condolences to his wife, Socorro, and all his children and grandchildren.
