Rodolpho Garza Caldera, age 86 of 7426 Gentle Valley, San Antonio, Texas, passed away on January 23rd, 2021. He was born in San Antonio, Texas on November 15th, 1934 to Jesus Caldera and Carmen Garza. He was married to Josefina Maldonado Caldera for 50 years. Rodolpho Caldera worked as a Porter/Janitor Foreman at Officers Open Mess in Lackland Airforce Base. He had a passion for listening to vinyl and ATRAC records, and watching football.
He was preceded in death by his 3 sons, 1 daughter, wife, mother, and father.
He is survived by 3 daughters; Sylvia Mateo and husband Cris Mateo, Clara Ramirez and husband Jimmy Ramirez, Rosie Caldera; 18 grandchildren; 43 great grand children, and 12 great great grandchildren.
Services will be located at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas. Visitation will be held Monday, February 22nd, at 5PM to 9PM, with a prayer service to be recited at 7PM. Interment will occur at San Fernando Cemetery on a later date. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there is a limit of 50 people within the chapel and a mask must be worn at all times.
