Roque Palomo Closner

Roque Palomo Closner, born on August 16, 1927, in San Antonio, Texas was called home to be with the Lord on November 30, 2014 at the age of 87. He is survived by his wife, Frances Closner; children, Roque Closner Jr., Joe and Veronica Closner, Elizabeth Closner, Mario and Kimberly Closner, and John Closner; grandchildren: Joshua Louis, Alexia, Estella, Destiny, Joshua Paul, Desire, Daniel, Tommy, Mercedez, Mike, Jonathan, Janie, Abigail, Matthew, Michael, and Malachi; great-grandchildren: Benjamin, Isabella, Jeffrey, and baby Alcorta; half-sister, Janie Arguello; sister and brother-in-laws, Martha Closner, Louie and Mary Lou Aguilar, Howard and Dora Bradley, Jose and Linda Ojeda, and Jorge Ojeda; nephews and nieces: Manuel Parra, Richard Alvizo, Janie Alvizo, and Sylvia Jurasin. A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Trevino Funeral Home on 226 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237 from 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 5, 2014 in the funeral home with Pastor Albert Belton officiating. Entombment will follow in San Fernando No.2 Mausoleum.
