Rosa Williams Asher, age 74, born March 11, 1928, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2003 in San Antonio.
She was preceded in death by her son, Buddy Fosler.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother to her daughters, Amber Kostenbader, Kathleen Cruz, Nolaine Dillon, Beth Lopez, and Robin Fosler; her sons, Chris Fosler, Gary Fosler and William Fosler; and their families.
