She was a graduate of the Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
She was a 1st Lieutenant in the Air Force at Lackland AFB. Mrs. Witkowski was an avid golfer and a member of the Brackenridge Women's Golf Association. She enjoyed bowling, playing tennis and bridge and reading romance novels.
She was best known for her infectious laughter. She is survived by: her husband of 42 years, Richard Witkowski; her sons, Clyde Ramsey, Michael Witkowski, Steven Witkowski and David Witkowski and her daughter, Susan Witkowski-Schonberg. She had thirteen grandchildren.
