She is preceded in death by Her father, Juan Trejo, mother, Eucebia Segura; husband, Victor E. Silva; son, Rogelio Jesus Ruiz. She is survived by her children Rosa Laura Ruiz Palos (Fernando) and Sonia Tersa Ruiz Ramon (Jose Alberto); sisters, Maria De La Luz Trejo, Guadalupe Trejo;

grandchildren Alejandra Compos, Fernando S. Palos, Laura E. Ramirez, Jacob Palos, Mark A. Palos, Claudia Ramon, Cristina Ramon, Jose Alberto Ramon Jr., Rogelio Ruiz Jr., Joliet Ruiz. 26 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Great Grandson.

Santos was a wonderful and loving person who loved to travel to Mexico to spend time with family and friends. The love she had for her children and grandkids was immeasurable. She always had a smile and a warm hug for anyone and was a grandma to all. Holidays were always times to remember, Halloween was one of her favorites from her funny costumes to decorations around the house and endless treats for grandkids, her house had so many twinkling lights during Christmas and tree full of gifts for all her loved ones. She loved to dance and play loteria.

She loved her job very much; she dedicated 43 years to Northside Independent School District where she brought smiles to many children at Leon Valley Elementary.

She was a devoted Catholic

Our beloved Guelita will be missed dearly.

The visitation will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 5:00pm to 9:00pmat Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral home, 226 Cupples road, San Antonio, TX 78237, and will be followed by a rosary on, October 7, 2021 7:00pm to 8:00pm at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home. On October 8, 2021 there will be a chapel service at 11:00am at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home. Following the Interment At San Fernando Cemetery III, 1735 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78226.
