Sharon was the first of five children born to George S. and Dorothy (Pug) Keffalos on August 10,1945 in San Diego, CA.
She and her siblings grew up as "camp brats" in El Paso Natural Gas Company, Blanco Plant in Bloomfield NM.
Sharon was a very beautiful and popular girl through high school and graduated from Bloomfield High in 1963. She married her former husband Dennis Lukehart and they were blessed with two wonderful children, Tad and Tami.
Sharon spent most of her life as a meat wrapper with major food chains in Arizona, Oklahoma and Texas.
She was a wonderful care giver especially to her mother until her death and to Lila Hare until her health required her to move back to San Antonio. Sharon's compassionate heart drew her to anyone in need and she would unselfishly give of herself to meet that need.
Even though we grieve and miss her presence among us, we know this is only temporary. Her last words before being put on the ventilator were "I'll see you later," and we shall!
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, George and Dorothy Keffalos Sr.; her brothers, Chris A Keffalos and Robin Michael Keffalos and a great nephew, Zachary Keffalos.
She is survived by her son and daughter in love, Tad and Karen Lukehart of San Antonio TX.; daughter, Tami Lukehart of Phoenix AZ; two beautiful granddaughters, Emily and Shannon Lukehart of San Francisco CA; her brother and sister in love, George S. and Norma Keffalos of Farmington NM; and sister and brother in love, Annette and John Youell of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by her beloved numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews along with a host of friends.
