Soyla L. Caro

Soyla Lopez Caro passed away on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at the age of 85 in San Antonio, Texas. Born on January 10, 1936 in San Marcos, Texas, she is preceded in death by her parents, Natibidad Lopez and Angelita Villanueva Lopez; her beloved husband, Raymond Arizmendi Caro; and her son, Ray Joseph Caro. She was a faithful member to her church, Templo Armonia Cristiana.

Soyla is survived by her children, Nicolas (Maria) Huerta, Mary Esther (Reginald) Brown, and Henry Anthony Huerta; her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; and her extended family and friends who loved her and will miss her dearly.

Due to restrictions on public gatherings, the Visitation at Trevino Funeral Home – 226 Cupples Road 78237 – will be limited to 50 people in the building at a time.

The family will be receiving friends for the Visitation on Wednesday, July 28th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with music to be played at 6:00 PM. A Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 29th in the funeral chapel, and the Burial will follow at San Fernando Cemetery II – 746 Castroville Road 78237.
