Thomas James Hebert, age 48, of San Antonio, entered into eternal rest Sunday, May 4, 2003, with his family at his side.
He is survived by: his loving son, Matthew Thomas Hebert; his beloved parents, Dr. Thomas and Reva Hebert; brother, J. Randall Hebert; and cherished sister, Patricia D'Ann Frazor; nieces, Candace, Chelsea and Stephanie Frazor; and dear friend, James S. Pacheck, all of San Antonio. He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Hebert.
