In a life of adversity, Tiffany chose happiness, and she never failed to live her life that way. She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Moore, and her husband, Darren Mezo. She is survived by her mother, Doylene Moore, her sister, Chelsey Moore, her aunt, Ann Jennings, and her nephew, Kayden Jennings, along with several aunts and numerous cousins. She had a very special puppy, Louis, and many, many friends.
She attended Boerne High School, where she enjoyed being a member of the dance team, and San Antonio College. She began working in her father's insurance office, and continued at Marsh Mclendon as a team leader account manager. Her personality won her friends all over the world.
She loved photography, and with only one eye took amazing pictures of nature, including flowers, deer, fish, dogs, and cats, as well as friends and family. An avid sports fan, she knew all there was to know about her favorite teams (UT Austin) and players. She loved plants and gardening, and watching beautiful flowers grow to photograph.
Her extreme physical problems from diabetes, cancer, and dialysis never stopped her joy in life. She will be remembered for her compassion and generosity, and for the loving way she treated her family and friends, as well as for her role in raising her much-loved nephew, Kayden.
A memorial service for Tiffany will be held on September 27th, 2025 at 11:00 am in the prayer garden of The Fellowship of San Antonio, 23755 Canyon Golf Rd, San Antonio, TX 78258.
