USAF SMSgt. Robert Emil Fritz

He was born in San Antonio, TX on July 11, 1941 to Rudie and Lillian Fritz. He was in the first 1959 graduation class of Highland High School.

Robert proudly served twenty years in the United States Air Force. While serving, he spent two-three years tours on Okinawa and Guam; one tour in Viet Nam in 1967-1968, retiring in San Antonio.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Patricha Senech.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Almena P. Fritz; daughter, Lisa Campbell and husband, Gary; son, Robert E. Fritz Jr. and wife Dorinda; son, David A. Fritz and wife, Della; six grandchildren: David Z., Brooke, Z., Dustyne F., Debrah F., Brittney G. and Trisha B.; seven great-grandchildren: Ashlyn, Kierstan, Miranda, Tyler, Haley, Michael and Lisa; brother, Rudie O. Fritz; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th from 12:00 Noon to 5:00 PM at Porter Loring on McCullough.
