Veronica was born in Amarillo, Texas to Marcela and Fernando Rodriguez on October 22, 1984. She attended Garden City High School and later graduated from University of Texas at San Antonio with a Masters in Biology. She worked as a medical researcher for over two decades and her career let her travel the world. She was involved in and helped with the PTA.
Veronica is preceded in death by her grandmother.
Veronica is survived by her children, Matthew Jr. and Connor, her siblings Daniel and Mariela, and her loving mother Marcela.
She will be remembered for her unwavering love of the Green Bay Packers, Winnie the Pooh, traveling, and nature, as well as her quick wit and sparkly personality.
