Victor Manuel Cuellar, beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, passed away November 8, 2024. Victor is preceded in death by his father and best friend, Amador J Cuellar. He is survived by his loving mother, Edith Cuellar, beloved brother David Cuellar and wife Rosie, beloved sister Diana Weber and husband John along with his nephews Christopher and wife River, Matthew and wife Danielle, nieces Annikah, Abigail and numerous extended family and friends.
Victor will be sorely missed by the caring staff of RMI, and especially his roommates at Welles Harbor.
Victor led a remarkable life, where he met and conquered his limitations with remarkable strength, grace and wit, until no limitations remained. With the support and guidance of his family, especially Edith and Amador, Victor became a gentleman of refined manners, at home in the most genteel settings, conducting himself perfectly, be it in places of worship or settings of the finest cuisine and culture, as evidenced by his attendance at one of his great loves, classical concerts.
Victor had a humor that could charm and win over the hardest heart. Until the end he smiled, laughed, blew kisses, as if to assure us he was ok. Where there is joy and suffering, when the suffering ends, the joy remains.
Visitation will be Monday, November 25, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Porter Loring Mortuary, 1101 McCullough Avenue, San Antonio, Texas.
