My amazing nephew Vince was a joy to be around him.  He always spoke with excitement about art, movies, his ventures in different arts, and most of all his beautiful daughter Gigi.  Family meant so much to him.  When his Grandfather Pancho was in his last final months, Vince lived with him and he would take great care of him at night and I would during the day.  My Dad was so taken by Vince’s care and love even though he had to work the next day.  It brought tears to my Dad.  Vince was with him when he took his last breath.  I  miss you so much Mijo,  I will always carry and cherish the love and laughter you gave all of us . I will see you again.  Love you always❤️

I’ve known Vince for many years and he was my good friend. We met at a David Gahan concert where he picked me out of a crowd and said I signed his CD at one of my band’s shows. We became quick friends and over the years ended up sharing so much together in movies, toys, sci-fi and most of all music. He was there for me during my divorce and many other things that happened in my life. Years ago he took me to a Depeche Mode concert when I couldn’t afford to go, he said, “I have your ticket let’s go!” Inn2023 year he took me and a lot of people from his work crew to the movies to see the latest Jurassic Park movie, he paid for everyone and bought everyone anything they wanted.  He also made it a point to make friends with my friends, whom all thought he was an amazing person. We recently had dinner at Alamo Cafe where he played us a bunch of his new songs for my wife and I. Vince was super smart, intelligently creative, and was a fiercely loyal good friend.  He talked about Gigi all the time, I know he was a super great Father.  There is so much more to say about Vince.  I can say world has lost one of the greatest human beings I have ever know this year, I am so sad he is gone. May God bless your soul Vince, I will always remember our good times and friendship. We’ll meet again.

Vince and I met at Six Flags when he was 17, I think.  He worked in the cart next to mine and he and I would laugh about all the crazy things that would happen on an every day basis.  We became true friends then, but time is a funny thing…distance grew, calls became fewer and eventually daily routines filled in space.  Although we were only in each other’s lives for a season, he was in my life for a reason and I believe I was in his for a reason as well.  I always thought we’d cross paths again.  And we will in another place, at another time.  
His smile is burned into my brain, and I will always love his kind heart.
To his family, and especially his daughter, Vince was one in a billion.  He will be missed.  I know I have missed him so often in the time passed since we last spoke. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.  I will love Vince always.

My most heartfelt condolences for Joseluis Davila and his family.  Vince was an upstanding young man and was always a joy to be around.  The way he engaged with everyone he came in contact with was a unique gift he had.  I am blessed to have been a part of Vince's life and will always remember his beautiful demeanor and kind soul.  Rest easy, dear Vince... until we meet again.
