Wayne Southard – SAN ANTONIO-Wayne Southard born Aug. 12, 1934, in Waterville, Maine to Verne and Mildred Southard, passed away on July 30, 2015, at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, TX. He is survived by his wife, Taki Southard of San Antonio; daughter, Tina of San Antonio, Texas. He was a member of Bacon Heights Baptist Church for 40 years and twice served as Chairman of Deacons. He lead services for Homestead Seniors for 20 years. He loved cookies and Pop Tarts…strawberry with icing.
Funeral services will be held August 5th, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.at Sunset Northwest Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
