His mother, Mary Brooks, and sisters, Connie Scott, Michelle Collins, and Mary Shepherd, will forever hold dear the memories of his boundless warmth and the joy he brought into their lives.

An avid art enthusiast and a man who could fix anything, Brooks found solace and joy in his hobbies. His 1992 Mitsubishi GTO was a project of passion, and his proficiency with tools and machinery was nothing short of remarkable. His laughter would often fill the garage as he worked, a memory that will bring smiles to those who knew him for years to come.

Brooks' life was a beacon of how to live with generosity and a light heart. His unwavering kindness touched the lives of all who knew him, and his sense of humor brought joy and lightness to even the most challenging moments.
