I ONLY KNEW BILL FOR A SHORT TIME. WE WENT THROUGH THE BASEBALL PROGRAM AT N.E.L.L. BILL WAS MY SONS FIRST COACH..HE WAS REALLY GOOD AND FAIR WITH THE KIDS, BRINGING OUT AND ENCOURAGING THE PLAYERS TO THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. HE WAS THE "KIDS" FAVORITE COACH. ALL OF THEM HOPING TO BE DRAFTED TO HIS TEAM NEXT YEAR..LAUREN WAS ALL STAR MANY YEARS A TRIBUTE TO HIS COACHING ABILITY. HE INSPIRED ME TO GET INVOLVED AND HELP COACH. Although I wasn't able to see you very often, you were always and will always be in my heart. My favorite memeory of Uncle Bill was when he lived in Brownsville and riding in the back of his pick-up off the golf course. : My heart goes out to Mama, Jeanne, Laruen, Katie, my dad and the entire family. I love ya'll!

I knew Bill and Jeanne when my daughter Sydnee played soccer with Katie. Although I did not see him often the times that I did, he was very nice and definately funny. Especially when he and Debi's Husband Rick would get together. I always looked forward to seeing the Flower's and Heines's at the soccer games because they kept me laughing hysterically. My heart goes out to Jeanne, Katie, Lauren, and Bill's extended Family. Jeanne know that I am thinking about you and the girls and I am praying that the Lord will give you comfort and peace as you go through this very difficult time. In the short time I knew Bill, he was a great man and will be sorely missed by many!!!! May he rest in peace!!!

Bill was a loving and caring addition to the life of my family. His queit, unjudgemental love was something on which I could count. I will miss him, but know that he is where I will meet him and rejoice with him soon.

What a great guy-always enjoyed talking with him. I know that he loved watching his girls play sports. I know that you all will miss him. You are in my prayers.

Bret, I worked with you back at Wolfe Nursery, in South Austin, years and years ago. I just wanted to express my sympathy for the loss of your brother. If he was anything like you then I know he was a great man! My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I know how hard it is to lose a brother, I lost my younger brother when he was just 26 years old, and that was almost 17 years ago and it is still painful for me. But it does get easier over time. We will all miss Bill for his wonderful sense of humor and quick witt. I think Bill actually invented "Big Fish" story telling but what fun it always was to listen to him, even during the wost days of his illness he never lost his sense of humor. Bill was one of the most loving dedicated husbands and fathers I have had the privledge of knowing. To have known Bill these past 13 years has been such a blessing. Watching Lauren, and Katey grow into such lovely ladies is an example of the love and support Bill and Jeanne have always given them. Everyone Bill touched is better for having known him. My most sincere condolences go out to Jeanne, Lauren, Katie and all of Bill's family and friends. Bill was one of the most loyal of friends. He would do anything for his friends. I will miss his tremendous sense of humor, his stories and his cheerfulness. Time and our lifetimes pass so quickly; it is hard for me to believe that I have known Bill for over 30 years. Since the onset of his illness, Texas-Oklahoma football weekends in Dallas have not been the same. He will be greatly missed but greatly remembered.
