He and his wife Sandy were married in Cozumel under a beautiful sunset. He was a wonderful father to his daughters Michelle and Andy.
He is survived by his mom, Patsy Bagdonov; father, Jack McCarthy and wife, Mary. He leaves behind his loving daughters, Michelle Moore, Andrea Lovorn and husband, Shawn and Billy's pride and joy, his grandchildren, Brice, Logan, and Lillianne.
Billy will be missed by his family, friends, and SimplexGrinnell coworkers. He was a lifetime member of the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo. He enjoyed hunting, being outdoors, traveling, scuba diving, playing cards, listening to George Strait, and spending time with family.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M., Friday, August 19, 2011 at Porter Loring Mortuary North Chapel.
