

It is with broken and grateful hearts that we announce the death of our beloved Willie Boy an amazing Son, Wonderful Brother, Uncle and Friend to many. Broken, because his presence will be tremendously missed. Grateful, because there are so many beautiful memories he left behind. God allowed him to be part of our lives for so many years.
Willie was born on May 11, 1971 to Teresa Pedroza in San Antonio,Texas. He was an Honor Graduate of Sydney Lanier High School class of 1989. Willie was very intelligent, witty with an infectious smile, and he was a big kid at heart . His Passion was Cooking which he did very well. Willie was a devout member of the Wu-Tang Clan and the St. Patrick’s church.
He was one of the biggest wrestling and sports fanatics we knew he never missed a match or a pay preview. Anytime he would watch an event he would put on a show just as entertaining whether it was his Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots or beloved Lakers, we knew it would always be fun to be in the audience with him. From Magic and Kobe to Bruiser Brody and the Bullet club "We always cheer for the bad guys!” Was his favorite saying.
Willie is preceded in death by his mother Teresa Pedroza, his cat, Clyde Umney, and numerous friends and family members who are missed dearly.
He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years Melissa Ann Flores, sister Veronica Ortegon, brothers Richard Pedroza Jr. (Tammy), Juan Elias Lopez (Paula) sister-in-law, Mia Flores (Adrian Gonzales) brother-in-law, Michael Jonathan Flores. nieces, Marissa, Jessica (Raul), Tiffany Ortegon, Kimberly Casias (Paul) Teresa Louise Pedroza , Elisa Lopez, Allison, Gutierrez, Violet Carolina Gonzales, Nephews; Fernando III, John Dillinger, Jacob, and Nicholas Ortegon, Richard Brandon Pedroza , Juan Elias Lopez Jr, Cruz Vicente Gonzales, (His Godson) Roman Manuel Gonzales. 13 Great Nieces, 10 Great Nephews and 1 Grand Nephew. His Goddaughter Yolanda Mariss.
The Memorial Visitation will be held Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237, followed by a Memorial Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Procession will depart on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Memorial Mass at St Patrick's Catholic Church, 1114 Willow Street, San Antonio, Texas 78208.
Services will conclude at the church.
