Zach....the amount of loving, charismatic, silly, caring, thoughtful qualities you had, will never be forgotten. I can’t believe that the little cousin that would always annoy me and misbehave around me on purpose, turned into the mature, smart, responsible, funny, big brother, son, and cousin to me. I know you are in a much better place now, at peace with the Lord. It’s hard for us to fathom the thought of you being gone right now. I’m glad that Sabrina got to spend some time with you, I know she loved when you played with her. But the beginning is like the end my friend until we meet again. ❤️ Love you forever. Our family was so very sorry to hear of Zachariah's tragic death. Please accept our condolences and be assured of our prayers for your comfort and consolation. His freshman year we never saw each other but was always messaging each other. He was always the first person I wanted to talk to in the morning and the last person at night. But a year has gone by, I remember sitting next to him his sophomore year and my junior year and we finally met each other in person. For that year he always sat next to me so we can talk and play games on the chrome books on our free time doing nothing. He was always helpful to for me in math he was always a class ahead of me in math but a grade behind. Says a lot about a kid . He was in algebra 2 sophomore year and surprisingly I was jealous like how was he so smart at everything. He would walk me to class when he saw me in the halls or on our way to our class we would goof around and try tripping each other on our way over there it always put a smile on my face and one on his. I loved making him smile and laugh I never liked seeing him mad or sad or frustrated. But my junior year I went through a big turn in my life and lost my mom. I was on drugs and smoking and drinking to not feel so much pain. Zach was a good friend but not only that my hero. I stopped because of him.  I fell in love with him he was such a smart, sweet kid. He always knew the right things to say. I have never met a guy as sweet as him. Oh! And the times we went off campus to go eat at Rosita’s or fruteria or even just go to the gas station for a bag of chips and a drink. If I wasn’t with my friends before school started me and him would walk around and talk. All my photos with him I ever took are on my old Samsung which I will be fix but I have only a few of him. I cried my eyes out when I heard the new about him Friday... but now I know he’s in a safer place and is happy with other people he loves. Zach Bostic is my hero and my truest friend. I love him so much if I could trade lives with him I would. There’s so many memories I have with him but some I like to keep personal to myself and hold those memories for myself. 

Zach is someone that I will never be able to forget. I became friends with him back when he was in 5th grade, and that was a friendship I will always cherish. I remember we had that friendship where we would pretend we could not stand one another but he was always the first one to check in on me and see if I was okay when he knew something was wrong. He truly was one of the most amazing people I have met. Rest in peace, Bostic. I love you. 

Zach will be truly missed I was always looking forward to going to Texas to visit. Me and him had great conversations and he was always good around my kids. I will never forget you and you will always be in my heart. Love you, the Collins family

Zach is survived by his beloved parents Vincent and Rosalinda Bostic. Also, his loving sister, Kathryn and brother, Erik; maternal grandmother, Elisa Contreras and paternal grandmother, Hortencia Bostic; numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, and many, many friends. Zach is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Miguel Contreras and Calvin Bostic; Aunt Maria T. Bostic.
