Billy B. Troutman, 88, passed away on September 21, 2012 at his home in Corona, CA. He is survived by his wife Ruthe “Babe” Troutman, his daughter Kristine Troutman of Lake Forest, CA; sons Gary Seamans of Yorba Linda, CA and Larry Seamans of La Habra, CA. Also surviving him are his granddaughters Jennifer (Jenna) Troutman and Tera Matty.
Billy also leaves grandsons Mark and Jonathon Seamans and great grandchildren Skyler Troutman and Caroline Troutman.
A graveside service with military honors will be held on Wednesday, October 3, 2010, 10:00 a.m. at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren, Riverside, CA 92518.
