David Snyder, 96, went to be with the Lord on Oct. 24, 2016. Born to Frank and Sadie Snyder, July 9th 1920. They resided in San Bernardino and he attended SBHS. He proudly served in the US Army as a rifleman and medic during WWII. He is survived by his son Terry Snyder of Decator Illinois, his daughter’s Sharon Zavala (Peter) and Deborah Riddering (Wade) of San Bernardino. He had 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He will be welcomed into heaven by his daughter Brenda Munoz, his son Dale Snyder and long time partner Marcy Iavagnilio. He was a cabinet maker by trade. He had a passion for rescuing animals and in his free time he loved to go fishing and going to swapmeets. He was the most pleasant and loving man, his beautiful smile will never be forgotten. Services will be held on Nov. 1 at 11:00am at Mt View Mortuary & Cemetery, 570 E Highland Ave.
