

Eugene (Nugie) Cofrancesco, passed from this earth on Oct. 26, 2010 at the age of 95. Born on April 2, 1915 in Auburn, New York, Eugene was a World War II veteran after the service he earned his living by day as a truck driver for a produce company in Auburn, New York and by night running his own Barber shop until his move to San Bernardino, California in 1964 where he worked in sales until retirement. Those years he spent tending his vast fruit trees and vegetable garden this became one of his favorite pastimes. In his later years you could find him making coffee in the early mornings for his fellow seniors at the Highland Senior Center. Eugene is pre-deceased by his first wife Marie, and his 2nd wife of 44 years Margaret, brothers Bert, John, Pat, Charles and Joseph. He leaves behind to cherish his memory a brother Louis and a sister Mary Guiffrida, sons Michael, Gilbert, Thomas and Mark Cofrancesco, stepchildren Joanne Adams, Richard Zeller, Donald Zeller and Patricia Wyant. Several grandchildren, nieces, nephews he will be dearly missed.
