James A Blee M.D., 89 of Highland, passed away on May 16, 2016. He was born in Manila, Philippines on September 06, 1926. James graduated and received his medical degree from the University of Santo Thomas. He was married to Zenaida O. Blee on May 14, 1957. James's specialized in psychiatry and he practiced at Patton State Hospital and San Bernardino County Department of Mental Health. He had a passion for gardening and working on his cars. He was survived by his children James, Katherine, and Robert O. Blee. His grandchildren Rowyn, Skye and Dylan Blee. There will be a visitation at Mt. View Mortuary Sunday May 22 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm, rosary at 6:30pm. Funeral service on Monday May 23 at 10am with interment to follow.
