A funeral service for Rachel will be held Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 1:15 PM at Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery, 570 East Highland Ave., San Bernardino, California 92404, followed by a graveside service from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM.
