My earliest and most fond memories of Rod are during the years when we took our catechism confirmation classes together.  It is a shock to hear the news of his passing.  My deepest condolences to the entire Yzaguirre family.

Today my heart feels broken as I heard that my comadre's son "Rod" had passed away, I still can't believe that it happen, I hurt so much for my son in law Rick, my daughter Gina, Sylvia, Garrett, Annica, Felisa, Damien, Lexie, Learned Family and all those who Loved Rod.  May beautiful memories give us all the strength in such difficult hours having to give up someone we love is and never easy no matter how good life has been or how warm the memonies were.  The time we had with Rod was never enough.  I'm over whelmed by his loss and only after this grief has eased a little are we able to find comfort in how much we  all gained from the years GOD loan us Rod.
The Lord makes so many good things happen in our lives that we might think He's abandoned us when sorrow comes along, But the Lord knows where we're hurting, and it's then that he draws closer to us.  In our sorrow, we may not feel Gods presence, but that doesn't change His promise to be with us and we may not understand all the "Why's" , but He doesn't ask us to.  All God asks is that we trust in Him.   May all our faith and the love of God comfort all of us at this time.  Lets think of Rod as living in the hearts of those he touched for nothing loved is ever lost and Rod was loved so much by those who knew him, even those that knew him 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or for years.  May God Bless all !

So Sorry for the passing of Rod. He played Little League at Del Rosa with Our kids on the Tigers. Cory and Stephanie Burleson.
