My friend Rosa,  
   You could not find a more sweeter or kinder person.  You came into my life and left a memory that will last me for the rest of my life.  It was a special gift that you gave to me and I will treasure it for ever.  Thank you for being my friend.

Our Rosa .. Heaven has been patiently waiting for you. You see Heaven needs a very special angel for a very important job ... The Heavenly Greeter Angel.  This Angel will need to meet   you with open arms and make you feel so very special.  Who better for the job?  Rosa stands out among them all.  I can see her now, first she will give you a hug that is felt down to your toes. Then she will smile and it will make your heart melt. She will tell you to "excuse this mess" (when of course everything is as neat as a pin). She will offer you something to eat and then insist you eat even if you tell her you have just finish dinner.  She will welcome you and insist you come "sit in the sun" with her. She will listen to your life stories and tell you how lucky you are to be God's house.  She will sing God's praises and show you his glorious gardens. She will point out the violet blue in the sky and the emerald green of the forest.  She will show you all of God's creatures and invite you to hold the smallest of them.  I know Heaven is so tickled Rosa has finally arrived, after all, what would heaven be like if Rosa wasn't there to greet us!

My sweet, dear friend Rosa. We became friends instanly but it took me 15 years to get that Salsa Recipe out of you. As I promised you, I have not shared it but I may have to pass it on to Amber now that she is married and I'm getting older... must keep Rosa's Salsa going.
I've had many friends in my life but only two true Girlfriends, you and one other. It never mattered if we didn't speak for six months or a year, we picked up like it was yesterday. Loved our "girl-time".
I miss your infectious laugh, the way you spoke about your Ronnie, children and grand children. So commited to your family, so insperational to everyone.
I aspire to be just a little like you Rosa, honored that you called me your friend. Love and Peace to you. Laura
