47, passed away on May 24, 2012 of natural causes at home in San Bernardino. She was a resident of San Bernardino for 47 years and was employed as an administrative assistant for Chino State Prison for men for the last year. She was a Catechist teacher for Our Lady of Hope for two years. Santa was a loving and caring person and was known to everyone who came in contact with her to make them feel special. Most important to Santa was her family and family gatherings. She will be greatly missed by all. She is survived by her husband Raul Barron, son Christian Barron, daughter Frances Barron, father Leo Chavarria, mother Lucy Chavarria (pre-deceased), brothers Manuel Melendez, Al Melendez, James Melendez and sister Gloria Acosta.
