

Angela Buckley, Angie, was a radiant light in the lives of those who knew her. She passed away peacefully on December 30, 2024, at the age of 93. Her presence was a gift, and her heart always overflowed with kindness and a joyful spirit.
A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, Angie leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength and love.
She was a proud, active member in the “Gold Star Wives” military program run by the U.S. Air Force and had wonderful experiences raising her two children while living and traveling both abroad and at home, seeing England, Turkey, Wyoming, Sacramento, Colorado Springs, San Antonio and Macon, GA.
After her military travels, she enjoyed walking, dancing, bowling and traveling with her husband, Daniel, then later with best friends to such places as Australia, Cozumel, Mexico and Greece, including a train ride across all of Canada.
Angie had a gift for making friends and connecting deeply with people. Her vibrant personality and infectious enthusiasm will be deeply missed. She brought warmth and joy to every room she entered, with rooms soon filled with laughter.
Her gentle spirit and unwavering compassion touched countless lives. She will forever live on in the hearts of all of those who knew her and loved her.
Angie was the last remaining of five Canepa siblings and is survived by her daughter, Christine and son, Danny.
Immediate family members include Ted Uhler, son-in-law; Austin Uhler, grandson; Kanako Uhler, grand-daughter-in-law and Quinn Miksuki Uhler, great granddaughter.
