Augustina Freitas Babe' Noe February 15, 1932 - April 10, 2016 San Diego Born to Portuguese immigrants, she was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She passed away peacefully in her Pt. Loma home surrounded by her adoring family. Services will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church on Fri., April 15 at 11:00am. A graveside service will follow the mass.
