I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing.  I have fond memories of her.  She was a special person.  I remember her in the living room watching the Red Sox with her pad of paper documenting everything that happened during the games.  May your fond memories of her help you thru this rough time.

Virg - We're so happy we were out there last year and saw your Mom at her best.  Such an interesting woman - guess that's where you get it from!  We're so glad you were out there all summer to be there for your Mom.  Our deepest sympathies to you, Valerie, Danny and Timmy.  We're so very sorry for your loss.

In my mind your mom will always be in her 60's, exercising more than the two of us put together!  She was a true example of someone who lived life to its fullest and I can see from where you get your joie de vivre!  I am so sorry to hear about her passing. Virg,  I am very sorry about your mom.  Sophie and I were lucky enough to meet her on our visit to San Diego,August of 2008, she was a class act, very smart and still had it going on in her 80's.
