Clarence Armstrong, born January 24, 1938 in Houston, Texas passed away November 2, 2013 at his residence in San Diego, California. He leaves to cherish his memory wife Clara Armstrong; children Deborah Armstrong Thompson, Michael Armstrong and David Armstrong; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren and his brother Melvin Armstrong.
