My deepest condolences to David, Zach, Alex & Jake. It’s heartbreaking that Connie is not physically present.. She was a fighter and had a strong will to live . It makes me sad that she left her loved ones so soon. She will be greatly missed. Rest in peace Connie 🙏👼🤍Until we meet again.

We lived across the street from Connie in Eagle Mtn Calif.  her and my daughter, Kim Merchant were best friends.  As I was with her Mother, Hortensia.  Kim and Connie were at each others house every day-playing with “ Barbies”-constantly changing the dolls clothes.  We have very fond memories of this quiet, loving, caring woman.  
From the pictures it looks like she had a full life of love and joy.

Having just read one of the most heartwarming tributes to a life well-lived and a woman well-loved that I have ever seen, I felt moved to send you, David, and your sons, my heartfelt condolences. My 21 year old-daughter is buried at El Camino and so your beloved wife is in good company. Connie was a motherly presence in my life, as I know she was for so many others. Over time she became a dear friend, someone I could confide in, laugh with, and talk to for hours on end. Her warmth and kindness I will always cherish. She was truly one of the most loving, caring, and humble women I have ever known. Connie touched the lives of everyone around her with her gentle spirit and generous heart. I feel so grateful to have shared in her friendship, and I will carry her memory with me forever. Rest in peace sweet friend. Until we meet again.
