David Michael McNally

David Michael McNally, 64, passed away peacefully the evening of May 26th, 2016 in San Diego, California. He is survived by his daughter, Sabrina Jo McNally of Tarpon Springs, FL and his son Michael Thomas McNally of Orlando, FL.

Originally from Waterloo, Iowa; David was the oldest of 6 children - brothers Jeff, Steve and Dan and sisters Karen and Linda. Upon his move to California, he spent two years in the US Navy as a Corpman, followed by 10 years in the reserves. Residing in the San Diego area for over 35 years, his work history also included several years within the healthcare field, followed by 20 years with the San Diego Union Tribune's Printing Department.

After retirement, David enjoyed his regular golf outings with friends, living near the beach and his occassional visits to the PB Pub.

David was a private man who enjoyed the simple things in life. He will be missed greatly by the family and friends who cared and loved him.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 14th at 10am at the El Cajon Mortuary and Cremation Service, 684 South Mollison Ave., EI Cajon, CA 92020.
