I am thinking of my brother today and very much missing him. He was a wonderful man, husband, father and Grandfather.

What a wonderful gentleman, family man and attorney. As an Executive Secretary for 20 years at Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek, I witnessed the "best of the best". Mr. McMahon will be in the hearts of many who knew him at the firm, worked with him in the legal profession, and those dear to him in his circle of friends. I can see his smile and hear his laughter now as I type this and wish his wife Donna and his family God's love, peace, and comfort. 

He was a good friend and an extraordinary man! Our love thoughts and prayers go to Donna and family!

Jerry was the go to lawyer for the toughest of cases and always resulted in an outcome for my client which was the right one. He was cool and methodical but principled and thoughtful.  San Diego has lost a legend of its bar.  Best wishes to Donna and the family. 

He was one of the very best attorneys in San Diego of all time.  He was a terrific gentleman, a brilliant advocate, and an all-around good guy.  I admired him beyond measure.  He will be missed.  With deepest  sympathy,
