Jovita Lopez, a long time resident of San Diego, passed away July 9, 2012 here in San Diego, CA. She was born in Azusa, Ca 93 years ago. Jovita loved dancing and as a young teenager, she became a professional dancer to further explore her passion. In addition to dancing, Jovita loved knitting as well.She is survived by her beloved daughter Adeline Juarez, and 3 grandchildren, Phillip Juarez, Adrian Juarez, Mark Juarez and a sister Beatrice
Guillen. Recitation of the Rosary will be Friday, July 13 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Rita's Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to immediately follow. Interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery.
