Manuel H. Rios born July 4, 1945 in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico passed away July 5, 2014 in San Diego, California. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter and son-in-law Ruth and Carlos Villegas; daughter and son-in-law Tanya and Giovanni Santos; grandchildren Itzel and Carlos Alejandro, Gianna and David; brothers Carlos, Sr. and Eduardo; sister Eva Rios and mother of their children Estella Thomas.
A service will be held Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Greenwood Mortuary Salli Lynn Chapel.
