A man of integrity - Norio Nishitani was born in Japan and lived a quality life filled with happiness and peace surrounded by people who loved him. He was a selfless, kind, and gentle husband, father, grandfather, coworker, and uncle. Norio and his wife (Noriko) were blessed with 45 years of marriage and raised two children (Erika and Shuichi) who saw him as the strongest man in the world. Yet, the love for his two granddaughters (Miwa and Hana) softened him. Norio was a brilliant design engineer for 35 years at Kyocera where he was admired and respected by his second family. He also inspired his nieces and nephews back home in Japan with stories he shared about America and his new ideas. Norio spent his life enjoying nature, gardening, fishing, and using his hands building and creating amazing projects.
In lieu of flowers and memorial contributions, please donate to Father Joe's Villages at https://my.neighbor.org/ in memory of Norio.
