My name is Christain Raabe and I have worked for University Mechanical in the Los Angeles/Orange County area for more than 20 years.  However, I did not know Lee Huntington.  The current CEO of University Mechanical, Steve Shirley, made it aware to us today that Lee had passed away, and that he was instrumental in the development and growth of this company.  I investigated Lee's story and found his obituary and an article about him posted by the Institute for Creation Research.  By reading these two pieces, I sensed a closeness to him as if I knew him for my entire career here at UMEC.  I can only contribute this to the fact that we share the same passion for Jesus Christ, share the same desire to glorify God in our work, and are parallel in our fascination for the creation story as evidenced in Genesis and throughout the scientific world.  As a former US Navy Nuclear Engineer, Lee's story regarding the military, sciences, engineering and their close companion to the truth resonated with me deeply.  I can truly say that I wish I had met Lee and was able to sit and converse with him over all of these subjects.  I do have hope and faith that I will see and meet him and be able to have much to talk about in eternity.  Until then, I hope to follow in his footsteps in more ways than one.  Lord bless his family.
