Sarah is survived by her son Phil Battaglia, her daughters Dorothy Famous and Lu Battaglia, and 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Sarah will always be loved and missed dearly.
A rosary and visitation for Sarah will be held Wednesday, February 19, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Goodbody Mortuary, 5027 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego, CA 92115. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, February 20, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 1668 State St, San Diego, CA 92101. A graveside service will occur Thursday, February 20, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Holy Cross Cemetery & Mausoleum, 4470 Hilltop Dr, San Diego, CA 92102.
