Soukpaseuth "Bair" Phomsavanh, age 64, of San Diego, California passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025. Bair was born in Laos.

Bair is survived by his wife, Bounhom Xaykosy; his daughter Annie Mounyvong (Joe Mounyvong); and his daughter Amala Xaykosy-Scott (Phil Scott); his granddaughter Adara Scott, his granddaughter Aryah Mounyvong and his grandson Kobe Mounyvong.

A visitation for Bair will be held Friday, September 19, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at Cypress View Mausoleum, Mortuary and Crematory, 3953 Imperial Ave, San Diego, California 92113. A visitation will occur from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, 3953 Imperial Ave, San Diego, CA 92113. A funeral service will occur Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 12:30 PM, 3953 Imperial Ave, San Diego, California 92113. A thak baht will occur Sunday, September 21, 2025 at Family Home.
