Born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Port Chester, New York when she was 8, she spent her early adult years in Manhattan. During this period, she produced a play, Grey Spades, Off-Broadway and was the second female drummer on Broadway in the hit show The Ritz, starring Rita Moreno. Stacy became a graphic designer and worked as a freelancer for SONY and later MTV where she created many of their designs. She moved to San Diego, California in 1998 and continued to freelance as a designer. She married renowned composer and saxophonist Peter King in 2010. He passed away in 2020. She is survived by her sister Cindy Aaronson-Davis and her nephew, Jonah Davis, whom she adored.
